My role in every engagement is to operate at the strategic level — as a thinking partner, an honest advisor, and a confidential coach. I ask the questions worth asking. I surface what the organization cannot see about itself. I help you and your leaders think more clearly, act more decisively, and lead with greater confidence.

I do not produce presentations for your team. I do not manage administrative tasks. I do not replace your internal capability — I sharpen it.

For this partnership to work well, I ask that you:

  • Assign a single point of contact for coordination, scheduling, and access to people, systems, and information I need

  • Ensure that you — the leader who engaged me — are available for our sessions and responsive to time-sensitive advisory

  • Provide timely access to the meetings, reports, and conversations that are essential to forming an honest picture

  • Be open to hearing things you may not want to hear — that is what you are engaging me for

My engagement capacity is the time I invest on your behalf — including preparation, delivery, research, reflection, and async advisory. It does not mean I am available at any hour for ad-hoc requests outside the agreed scope.

Q1: How do I know which tier is right for me?

The simplest way is to answer one question: how embedded do you need me to be? Foundations is right if you want independent oversight, advisory, and coaching — but your internal team is leading the transformation. Momentum is right if you need someone personally accountable for delivery alongside you. Excellence is right if you want all of that, plus a leadership development program that grows your senior team at the same time. If you are unsure, book a Discovery Call — I will tell you honestly which tier fits your situation, including if none of them do.

Q2: You work with a maximum of two clients. How does that affect availability?

It means that at any given time, I am working with two clients only — across all tiers. This is a deliberate design choice, not a constraint. It is how I ensure every client receives my complete attention, my direct involvement, and my personal accountability. If you enquire and I have capacity, I will tell you. If I do not, I will tell you that too.

Q3: What does the Engagement Commencement Fee cover?

The Commencement Fee is paid on signing and is non-refundable. It does not count toward your monthly retainer. It confirms the commitment from both sides and covers the onboarding work — specifically the Pre-Mortem Workshop and the beginning of the Health Diagnostic. The monthly retainer then begins from Month 1 and is paid one month in advance.

Q4: Can I start with Foundations and move to Momentum or Excellence later?

Yes. Each tier is designed as a complete standalone engagement — and as a natural entry point to the next. At any renewal point, you can upgrade. Many clients find that Foundations delivers enough clarity that the decision to move to Momentum becomes straightforward.

Q5: What is the engagement capacity and what does it cover?

The engagement capacity figure — 20, 30, or 40 hours per month depending on your tier — represents my total focused effort on your engagement, including preparation, research, delivery, and async advisory. It is not a measure of hours available for ad-hoc requests. The scope of each engagement is defined clearly; any work outside that scope is quoted and agreed separately before it begins.

Q6: Do you work with organizations outside the United States?

Yes. Engagements are delivered primarily remotely, with in-person sessions as required. Travel time and expenses are billed at cost in addition to the retainer. I have worked across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Q7: What industries do you work in?

My primary experience is in technology-intensive enterprises across retail, financial services, healthcare, automotive, and manufacturing — typically organizations with revenues between $100M and $2B. The PKZEE Method applies wherever transformation is happening. If your situation is outside these sectors, book a Discovery Call and we can discuss it fit honestly.

Q8: How is this different from hiring a management consultancy?

Three differences that matter. First, I take personal accountability for outcomes — not just deliverables.
